The governors of Ysgol Gelli Aur / Golden Grove Community Primary School are looking to appoint a dynamic and inspiring Deputy Head Teacher for January 2027. We wish to appoint a leader who is talented, innovative, committed and a proven excellent practitioner who has a passion for inclusive education.
The successful candidate will:
- be an enthusiastic, inspirational, innovative leader with proven track record of excellent practice in teaching and learning
- demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
- inspire every individual to try their best
- clear understanding of current key national and local developments
- be committed to maintaining high standards and continuous improvement
- maintain, develop and nurture partnerships between pupils, parents/carers, staff, governors and the wider community
- implement a clear vision for the ongoing development of this successful primary school
The children of Ysgol Gelli Aur / Golden Grove Community Primary School are looking for a Deputy Head Teacher who:
