Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and efficient Delivery Parcels personnel to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting parcels to various destinations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles, including vans or lorries, to deliver parcels across designated routes
• Load and unload parcels, ensuring items are handled with care and secured properly during transit
• Navigate efficiently using GPS or maps to reach delivery locations within specified timeframes
• Obtain signatures or proof of delivery from recipients as required
• Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery status or any issues encountered
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any mechanical concerns promptly
• Adhere strictly to road safety regulations and company policies at all times

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving roles is preferred
• Valid driver’s licence suitable for the vehicle type (e.g., car, van, or lorry)
• Experience working in warehouse environments or handling heavy lifting is advantageous
• Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy parcels when necessary
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively during deliveries
• Prior experience with driving in urban or rural settings is desirable but not essential

Pay: £172.00-£187.00 per day
