Join a Fast-Growing Delivery Team
Gridshift Logistics is looking for reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our expanding delivery operation. If you enjoy being on the road, working independently, and delivering excellent customer service, this could be the perfect role for you.
Whether you already have delivery experience or you’re looking for a fresh start, we provide full onboarding and support to help you succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering parcels safely and efficiently across Milton Keynes and surrounding areas
- Completing 60–120 deliveries per shift depending on route type
- Loading and unloading parcels at the depot
- Using a delivery app to manage routes and proof of delivery
- Providing friendly, professional customer service
- Carrying out basic vehicle checks before each shift
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months)
- No more than 6 penalty points
- Right to work in the UK
- Good time management and reliability
- Comfortable with lifting parcels up to 20kg
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Previous courier, van driving, or delivery experience preferred but not essential

Shift Patterns
Available shifts include:
- Morning: 7:00am – 3:00pm
- Afternoon: 11:00am – 7:00pm
- Weekend availability
- 3–6 shifts per week depending on preference
Earnings Example
A full-time driver working 5 shifts per week with performance bonuses could earn £1000+ per week.
