Multi-stop Delivery Driver
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED.
No experience needed, routes pre-mapped and training will be provided before starting.
Delivering parcels with our award-winning technology. Must be able to load and deliver parcels in a large wheel-based van.
Full UK license required (Endorsements like TT, DR, IN, etc. are not accepted)
National Insurance
Basic Disclosure will be completed
Van, Insurance provided
Diesel is provided
A full set of uniform will be provided
Self-employed, average earning is £400 – £700 every week
Must complete drugs and alcohol test
Summary
As a Delivery/Collection Driver at DPD, you will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely to various locations. This role requires strong driving skills and a commitment to timely deliveries. While no prior experience is necessary, having delivery driver experience or commercial driving skills will be advantageous. You will also benefit from relevant skills such as warehouse experience and effective communication, which will enhance your ability to manage heavy lifting and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery van to transport goods to designated locations.
- Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling and heavy lifting as required.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to provide updates on deliveries.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and adhere to schedules.
- Follow all safety protocols while on the road and during loading/unloading activities.
- Ensure the vehicle is kept clean and in good working condition.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £90.00-£160.00 per day
