About the Role
We are a growing e-commerce business in the premium garden furniture and outdoor living space, looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team.
This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you will be responsible for supporting customers across the full journey — from order placement through to delivery and aftercare.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and confident communicating with customers.
