This is a hybrid role with 4 days a week on site after your training.
What you’ll be doing?
· Be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for our customers
· Support scientists at the cutting edge of biotech by helping them manage their time-sensitive and business-critical orders
· Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure a smooth, efficient order process.
· Help turn challenges into opportunities to impress by delivering stellar support experiences.
· Resolving escalations and complaints.
· Working cross functionally with our sourcing teams to give best in class end-to-end customer service.
What we are looking for?
· Strong communication skills written and verbal.
· Problem-solving mindset and resourcefulness under pressure
· 2 years experience in a customer service role.
· A curious, proactive, and positive attitude.
· A real team player, ready to support your colleagues
· Experience in the Biotech industry or relevant degree (desirable)

Pay: Up to £26,500.00 per year
