Responsibilities:
– Provide excellent management and resolution of customer enquiries, requests, and complaints.
– Handling any customer complaints and ensure a timely resolution.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
– Raising support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests.
– Investigating and resolving customer complaints.
– Provide assistance with any invoice queries or disputes.
– Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team member, when necessary.
– Assisting with registration or account creation and ensuring legal documents are drafted correctly.
– Handling any incoming queries via email and phone.
Salary & Rewards:
Required:
– Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar B2B Customer Service role.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
– Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
– Strong attention to detail.
– Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
– Ability to work well in a team.
– Multitasking skills and good organisational and time management abilities.
– In-depth knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) principles.
– Ability to work calmly under high-stress situations.
