Key Responsibilities
What you’ll do
- Manage key customer accounts and deliver exceptional service
- Handle queries and resolve issues via phone and email
- Process and track orders end-to-end
- Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and logistics
- Identify improvements and enhance the customer experience
Qualifications & Experience
- Fluent German (essential) – confident in professional, business-level communication
- 3–5 years’ experience in customer service or sales support
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and pace
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
