Boss Pizza is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused team members to join our front of house team in Milton Keynes.

We are searching for someone with a warm personality who can provide excellent customer service and help create a welcoming experience for our customers.

Main Duties:

• Greeting customers and taking orders
• Serving customers quickly and professionally
• Handling customer enquiries with a positive attitude
• Engaging with customers and collecting feedback/reviews
• Keeping the front counter clean and organised
• Assisting in the kitchen during quieter times when needed
• Supporting the team in daily operations

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and people skills
• Friendly, polite and presentable
• Ability to work in a busy environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Experience in hospitality/customer service is a bonus
