Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. Duties
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Manage data entry accurately and efficiently into our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Assist customers with product or service information, providing detailed explanations as needed
- Upsell additional products or services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and maximise sales opportunities
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
- Analyse customer feedback and data to identify trends and suggest improvements
- Support the team in organising appointments, follow-ups, and administrative tasks
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in both English and Spanish is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential
- Experience with data entry and analysis tools will be beneficial
- Bilingual candidates with proficiency in Spanish and English will have an added advantage in serving diverse clientele
