Customer Service Assistant job at Cardiff Full Time

Cardiff Students’ Union are seeking an enthusiastic individual to oversee the operations of the Welcome centre front desk and support building activity with a strong focus on enhancing the customer journey.

This position in central to ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all our visitors, students’ and staff, contributing to the overall success and reputation of Cardiff Students’ Union.

As the direct report to the Head of Sales and Customer Service, this role involves overseeing the operations of the welcome centre’s front desk and supporting building operations with a focus on enhancing the customer journey.

You’ll play a pivotal role in establishing and upholding customer service standards throughout the organisation, including the facilitation of the complaints process with the working group.

Additionally, you’ll take on responsibilities for cultivating relationships with Cardiff University, particularly regarding Open Day support, registry functions, and student support services.
