Customer Sales Representative job at Hammersmith Full Time NEW

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our real estate office and support clients throughout the sales and lettings process. This role would suit someone who is organised, professional, and comfortable speaking with people on the phone and in person.

Day-to-day duties will include answering enquiries, booking viewings, responding to emails, updating client records, and assisting the team with general office tasks. You will often be the first point of contact for customers, so a friendly and professional manner is important.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer calls and respond to customer enquiries
• Arrange appointments and property viewings
• Update customer information and office records
• Support the sales and lettings team with admin tasks
• Follow up with clients and provide updates where needed
• Handle queries in a professional and efficient manner

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or office administration preferred
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable using email and Microsoft Office
• Able to work well in a busy office environment
• Professional attitude and reliable work ethic
• Right to work in the UK

Experience in property or estate agency is helpful but not required, as training will be provided for the right candidate.
