Make a real difference in every customer interaction
We’re looking for a Customer Contact Support professional to join our team, delivering outstanding service across a range of enquiries and complaints while supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement. In this role, you’ll manage customer interactions from initial contact through to resolution, handle queries across multiple channels, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistently high level of service. You’ll also play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, supporting performance reporting, identifying process improvements, and contributing to a culture focused on compliance, safety, and service excellence. As part of a collaborative and inclusive team, you’ll help champion a customer-first approach while continuously developing your skills.

What you’ll bring
- Experience in a contact centre or customer-facing environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage customer interactions professionally and empathetically
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence using computer systems (Microsoft Office essential; SAP desirable)
- A proactive, inquisitive mindset with a desire to learn and improve
- Ability to build effective working relationships across teams
