We’re looking for a new member for our Customer Care team within our lovely, modern, thriving, independent veterinary practice.
Our front of house team plays a vital role in the smooth running of the practice, providing a friendly, professional and efficient service to our lovely clients and their pets. This job involves handling phone calls, booking appointments, taking payments, handling medication, using the practice computers, using our Pets App system, maintaining a clean, comfortable and pleasant environment in reception and consulting areas and dealing with sensitive situations at times. Be prepared to expect the unexpected as no two days are ever the same.
The ideal candidate would be someone who is passionate about providing a great service and feels confident dealing with people. Previous experience with customer service and ideally reception duties would be preferred. Previous veterinary experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be given.
The hours would be 35 per week on a shift basis of 07.45 to 15.15 or 12.00 to 19.30 so a degree of flexibility would be needed. We are open 7 days a week so some weekend working will be required on a rota basis as well as Bank holidays.
Hourly working rate would be £13.50 per hour.
