Simon Lincoln Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a temporary Resident Services Assistant to support a busy student accommodation site based in London, E2.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administration experience to join a fast paced PBSA environment supporting residents and the onsite team during a busy operational period.
The role
- Providing front desk and reception support to residents and visitors
- Managing resident enquiries in person, over the phone and via email
- Supporting parcel handling and resident check ins
- Assisting the onsite management team with administration duties
- Monitoring communal areas and reporting maintenance issues where required
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Supporting the day to day operation of the accommodation site
About you
- Previous customer service or reception experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and approachable manner
- Good organisational and administration skills
- Comfortable working within a busy environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office systems
- Previous PBSA, property, hospitality or accommodation experience would be advantageous
