Creative WebGL Developer (Three.js/React Three Fiber)
UK – Remote working | Project-based, ad-hoc delivery | £350-500pd inside IR35
We’re looking for a Creative WebGL Developer to help shape and build immersive, high-end interactive experiences for global campaign work in the travel and tourism space. This is a craft-led role for a developer who cares as much about visual quality, motion and storytelling as they do about clean, performant code. You’ll be taking beautifully designed concepts and bringing them to life through real-time 3D and interaction-rich web experiences.
You’ll work closely with producers and designers to deliver standout digital work, the kind that blends design, animation and engineering into one seamless experience.

Please note: This is a fully remote (candidates must be UK based) role with project-based delivery, across a 12 month engagement, typically working on 1-2 week turnaround campaign builds focused on single-page or small multi-page immersive experiences, within fast-moving creative cycles supported by feedback from internal teams. This is a studio-style build environment. You’ll be trusted to take ideas and turn them into polished, interactive digital experiences that stand out globally.
