Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate tax clients, acting as a key point of contact for tax matters
• Deliver high-quality corporate tax compliance services, ensuring deadlines and technical standards are met
• Support on a wide range of advisory projects, including restructures, international tax matters, group reorganisations, and transaction support
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide commercially focused tax advice
• Work collaboratively with Partners, Directors, and wider teams across the business
• Review tax computations and returns prepared by junior team members
• Identify opportunities to add value to clients and support business development initiatives
• Assist with managing, mentoring, and developing junior members of the team
• Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation and provide practical guidance to clients and colleagues

Requirements

• ACA and/or CTA qualified (or overseas equivalent)
• Strong experience in UK corporate tax gained within practice or professional services
• Good technical knowledge across corporate tax compliance and advisory matters
• Experience managing client relationships and handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Previous experience reviewing work and supporting junior team members
