Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Cleaner to join our team on a self employed basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety standards on construction sites, ensuring the environment is tidy and hazard-free. • Full UK driving licence will be required.
• CSCS green card will be required.

Duties

• Cleaning on construction sites, including new build houses, build, sparkle cleans and windows.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure all areas are compliant with health and safety regulations
• Assist with organising materials and tools to maintain an organised site
• Communicate effectively with site managers, contractors, and team members regarding cleaning schedules and site conditions
• Report any hazards or safety concerns immediately to supervisors
• Maintain a professional attitude while providing excellent customer service to clients on-site
• Follow instructions accurately and complete tasks within designated timeframes

Experience

• Previous experience in construction cleaning or general cleaning roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures on construction sites
• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to operate driving vehicles such as vans or small lorries is desirable but not mandatory
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Customer service experience is a plus, demonstrating professionalism when interacting with clients or visitors
