We are seeking a reliable and organised Construction Administrative Assistant to join our growing team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting operational teams through effective communication and administration.
Working Hours
Monday, Thursday and Friday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling and coordinating construction jobs and appointments
Liaising with customers and providing progress updates
Responding to customer queries via phone and email
Maintaining accurate records and reports
Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time
Skills & Experience Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong time management and organisational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Previous administrative experience preferred, ideally within construction or a similar industry
