Shape how complex investment strategies come to life by providing trusted compliance advice across public and private credit markets. Join a high-impact team at the centre of Macquarie Asset Management, where your insight helps enable growth, manage risk, and support innovation across EMEA
At Macquarie, our advantage is bringing together diverse people and empowering them to shape all kinds of possibilities. We are a global financial services group operating in 31 markets and with 56 years of unbroken profitability. You’ll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone – no matter what role – contributes ideas and drives outcomes.
What role will you play?
In this role, you will partner closely with business teams across Macquarie Asset Management to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused compliance advice that supports fund origination, distribution and ongoing management across credit and insurance strategies. Reporting to the EMEA Credit and Insurance Compliance Lead, you will work with senior stakeholders, governance forums and global compliance colleagues to review new transactions, funds and products, ensuring regulatory requirements are understood and effectively embedded. You will help shape and maintain a robust compliance framework for UK regulated entities, contribute to regulatory reporting and oversee the monitoring and escalation of key compliance risks. By staying ahead of regulatory developments and supporting strategic projects, you will play a key role in enabling the business to operate with confidence in a dynamic regulatory environment. While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require three days a week in our advertised location.
