Compliance Analyst – Trade Association job at London Full Time

A leading trade association are looking to hire a Compliance Analyst to support the internal Compliance programme and assist with market development projects, with a focus on due diligence & screening.

Job Requirements

1. Complete Know Your Customer (KYC) / Due Diligence checks on prospective and existing Members and Service Providers
2. Responsible for ensuring all client documentation is handled and filed appropriately in line with our policies
3. Supporting brand protection and infringement measures with investigation and market intelligence gathering to protect the reputation of the association
4. Supporting the Senior Compliance Associate with the facilitation and associated workstreams of the Regulatory Affairs Committee
5. Managing any compliance-related work processes through CRM systems
6. Responsible for maintaining and updating Compliance Contacts information in the CRM
7. An interest in developing a knowledge of UK and European compliance regulations and the relevant regulatory industry is essential
8. Good skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe packages
9. First class organisational skills, with ability to handle a high volume, fast-paced environment.
10. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong business writing and proof-reading skills are essential.
