Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our organisation. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with founders, business owners, and entrepreneurs globally, supported by a proactive and collaborative team in a friendly, diverse environment.

This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential and commission increases based on performance. There are also opportunities to earn through partnership referrals, with additional commission available.

We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed and grow within the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new markets, opportunities, and customer segments
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Lead negotiations and close deals that deliver mutual value
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions to client needs
• Use CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) to manage pipelines, track leads, and analyse performance
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports to support business growth
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
• Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry functions

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in business development or sales
• Track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong understanding of sales processes and negotiation techniques
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce is advantageous
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proactive mindset with a passion for growth and relationship-building

Pay: £27,658.00-£120,768.00 per year
