We are seeking a dedicated Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our litigation processes by managing case documentation, conducting legal research, and assisting with trial preparations. Duties

• Organise and maintain case files, documents, and legal records with meticulous attention to detail
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, affidavits, and discovery materials
• Conduct legal research using online databases and other resources to support case strategies
• Assist solicitors in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions by organising exhibits and evidence
• Manage correspondence with clients, courts, and external agencies via email and phone calls
• Utilise Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to prepare reports, schedules, and correspondence
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of legal documents in compliance with court requirements
• Support the billing process by tracking billable hours and maintaining accurate records

Experience

• Proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal or similar role within a legal environment is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients and legal professionals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential; familiarity with legal software is advantageous
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Good understanding of IT systems relevant to legal practice management and document handling
• Effective time management skills to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are considered a plus

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
