Responsibilities

• Safely operate coach buses on scheduled tours, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and operational readiness, including checking mechanical systems and fluid levels.
• Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the journey.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the coach, reporting any mechanical issues promptly to the appropriate personnel.
• Plan routes efficiently, considering traffic conditions and passenger needs.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements and company policies at all times.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries professionally and courteously.Skills
• Proven experience in commercial driving or as a delivery driver, with a valid driver’s licence.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills in English, capable of engaging with diverse groups of passengers effectively.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to plan routes efficiently and manage time effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to operate coach buses safely over long distances and varied terrains.
• Knowledge of vehicle safety standards and maintenance procedures.
