ProFlex Therapy is a performance physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic based in Salford, Manchester. We help people move pain-free — from elite athletes to desk workers dealing with chronic pain. We’re growing fast and need someone on the front line who cares about people as much as we do.

The role

This is the most important non-clinical job in the business. Every patient who doesn’t get a call back is a person we’ve failed to help. You’ll be the first voice they hear — and the reason they book.

Your core focus:

• Answer every incoming call within 3–4 rings, Monday to Friday
• Follow up new leads by phone, WhatsApp and SMS — up to 5 times per lead
• Confirm, rebook and manage patient appointments via our system (Cliniko)
• Send brief post-session email summaries to patients after their appointments
• Respond to Instagram DMs and enquiries
• Carry out organic outreach to local businesses and community contacts
• Send Jonathan a daily summary: calls handled, leads followed up, bookings made

What we’re looking for

• Warm, confident phone manner — you need to be comfortable picking up and calling strangers
• Sales instinct and follow-through — you don’t drop the ball on a lead
• Organised and self-managed — you work remotely and own your tasks without being chased
• Experience in admin, customer service, sales or a patient-facing role is ideal
• Familiarity with booking systems or CRM tools is a bonus (we use Cliniko and GoHighLevel)
• Based in the UK — ideally Greater Manchester for occasional face-to-face catch-ups

Hours & pay

• 15–20 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Core hours: 9am–2pm (flexible by agreement)
• £12–£15/hr depending on experience
• Performance bonus based on lead-to-booking conversion rate after 3 months
• Fully remote — occasional travel to Salford for catch-ups (expenses covered)

Pay: £24,420.00-£33,088.39 per year
