Client Success Manager – AdTech – £45000-£55000+ benefits
The Company
My client is a fast-growing AdTech business that helps publishers maximise revenue. They work closely with publishers, SSPs and DSPs.
They operate in a start up mentality, with global offices and cross-collaboration across different markets.
The Job
- Manage a book of clients across EMEA
- Look at opportunites to upsell and cross sell across the business
- Work closely with the data, product and engineering teams to feedback from clients
- Educate clients on the latest programmatic trends
You
- 3 years experience in a CS role and 3 years in a programmatic role
- Ideally experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM)
- Experience from a supply side AdTech business or publisher/media owner
- Strong hands-on understanding of the programmatic landscape
Please note this role is London based and you must be willing to commute 2/3 times a week to Central London.
