Client Experience & Customer Service Assistant – AjahsBeautyBase
AjahsBeautyBase is looking for a professional, organised, and reliable Client Experience Assistant to help support our growing beauty brand during our relaunch.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who is confident handling client enquiries, managing bookings, responding to reviews, and helping maintain a positive client experience both online and in person.
We are looking for someone calm under pressure, professional, and able to help bring structure and organisation to the business.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via Instagram, email, and phone
Manage bookings, appointment confirmations, and cancellations
Professionally handle customer complaints and reviews
Maintain excellent customer service standards
Support daily salon organisation and communication
Help maintain a positive and professional brand image
Assist with admin and client follow-ups when needed
Requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organised and reliable
Professional attitude and good problem-solving skills
Comfortable working independently
Previous beauty industry or customer service experience preferred
Familiar with social media communication and booking systems
