Duties

• Assist with daily operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service
• Support team members in completing assigned responsibilities efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment in accordance with health and safety guidelines
• Engage with customers or clients in a courteous and professional manner
• Help set up and pack away equipment or materials as required
• Follow company procedures and policies diligently to ensure consistency and quality of service
• Contribute to team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
