Care Coordination Administrator
Location: Royal Berkshire Hospital, Reading and/or Chalfont Surgery, Lower Earley
Hours: Part-time 20-30 hours per week (flexible hours). Initial six-month contract with potential to extend.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Care Coordinator/ Administrator to provide high-quality administrative and coordination support across Primary Care Alliance services. The role ensures efficient communication, accurate data management, and effective patient coordination, while supporting clinicians and multidisciplinary teams. Reception and telephony duties are included to help deliver a responsive, patient-centred service.
This position is self-employed, with monthly invoicing. You will be responsible for managing your own tax and national insurance contributions. We will pay the full hourly rate directly to you.

About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Experience in healthcare administration—whether in a GP practice, hospital department or community service—is highly desirable. Experience using EMIS, Connected Care, or other clinical systems is an advantage, though we will provide training for the right candidate.
