⭐ Your Role

As a Care Professional, you will support clients in their own homes with:

• Companionship and emotional support
• Meal preparation
• Medication support
• Shopping and errands
• Accompanying clients to appointments or into the community
• Promoting independence and wellbeing
• Light household support

This is a community-based role where you will travel between clients’ homes in the local area.
