Patient Coordination: Acting as the main contact for inquiries, tracking patients throughout the cancer pathway to prevent delays
Administrative Support: Organizing meetings, taking minutes, and handling referrals for the Acute Oncology Team.
Communication: Acting as a liaison between patients, carers, GPs, and staff within the Trust and external organisations.
The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute Hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon and offers a wide range of services including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics and maternity services. The Trust’s services at Mount Vernon Hospital include routine day surgery, delivered at a modern treatment centre, a minor injuries unit and outpatient clinics.

Data and Documentation: Recording clinical information on electronic patient systems, including inputting data on SCR for the Cancer Outcomes Services Data set.
Tracking: Proactive and accurate tracking of patients on a cancer pathway via the cancer system, Somerset to ensure patients are seen in a timely and efficient manner.
