About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Business Support Assistant to join our growing team in our St John’s Wood office. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
You will play a key role in supporting the wider business, working closely with colleagues across multiple departments and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support across departments and at varying levels of seniority
- Supporting client onboarding processes and billing activities
- Assisting senior members of the Business Support team
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues and contributing to a strong team culture
- Providing reception cover when required
- Using Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in day-to-day tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or office-based role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, adaptable, and team-focused approach
- Ability to work full-time in the office (5 days per week)

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
