If you are a Hywel Dda University Health Board employee and are applying for this post as a secondment, agreement for the secondment is needed from your current manager prior to application.
If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference within a dynamic team, whilst working in a flexible environment, we have a fantastic opportunity to join the Long-Term Care Team’s Business Support Team as a Business Support Administrator.
Our offices are based in Prince Philip Hospital in Llanelli, Hafan Derwen in Carmarthen and South Pembrokeshire Hospital. The base will depend upon the successful applicant’s home address. Our hybrid working arrangements require post holders to work from home and to attend the office at least once a week.
The successful candidate will provide robust administrative, secretarial, project and business support to the Long-Term Care Team.
Candidates must have experience of working in busy office environments, undertaking complex clerical tasks, including communication on highly sensitive matters, and the use and development of spreadsheets and databases. Candidates must be self-motivating, able to work as effective team members, and be able to manage their own workloads to meet changing priorities.
You’ll also help improve how the team works – suggesting improvements to our ways of working and supporting digital changes. This role is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and confident communicating with a wide range of people.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
