The Role
Business Insight Analyst
open to experienced candidates as well as Graduates with relevant academic background with some experience
This role will focus on reporting, customer analysis, commercial insight and supporting business decision-making across Sales, Finance and Operations.
Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain business reporting
- Analyse customer trends and trading performance
- Turn data into clear commercial insight
- Support profitability reviews and forecasting
- Improve reporting processes and data quality
- Work closely with Sales and Finance teams on commercial analysis
Key Requirements
- Strong Excel skills
- Analytical and commercially minded
- Good attention to detail
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Power BI exposure beneficial
- FMCG or retail experience advantageous
- Part Qualified (desirable) – Open to Graduates with relevant academic background and some relevant work experience
- Be able to commute to Southall easily
