The Role
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to support the growth of BaristaInLondon Ltd across the UK hospitality and café industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, expanding employer engagement, increasing platform visibility, and driving business growth within the recruitment and training sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UK café and hospitality industry
- Build relationships with café owners, hospitality employers, and industry partners
- Promote the company’s training and recruitment services to employers and learners
- Develop sales strategies to increase employer subscriptions and recruitment partnerships
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve brand visibility
- Support the expansion of the company’s online recruitment platform
- Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership arrangements
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare business development reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Previous experience in business development, sales, recruitment, or hospitality management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
- Experience within hospitality, education, recruitment, or training sectors is advantageous
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms
