Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Bricklayers Labourer to support our construction team on various building projects. The successful candidate will assist with masonry and related tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety standards. This role offers valuable experience in the construction industry, with opportunities to develop a broad range of skills including masonry, and the use of power tools. The position is paid and suitable for individuals eager to learn and contribute to high-quality building work
MUST have CSCS card and be CIS registered,
Own transport
Duties
- Assist bricklayers with preparing materials and setting up work sites
- Mix mortar and carry bricks or blocks to designated areas
- Use hand tools such as trowels, hammers, and levels to support masonry tasks
- Operate power tools including drills and saws under supervision
- Support with general site organisation, including cleaning and maintaining tools and work areas
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or labouring roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, masonry technique
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for supporting various construction activities
