Brand Ambassador job at Edinburgh Full Time

We are currently looking for temporary enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Ambassadors If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service and eager to contribute to the city’s tourism industry, then this is the role for you. As an ambassador, you will play a key role in promoting ticket sales and tour packages for our open-top city tour buses, and the more you sell the more you earn. We have part time opportunities available making the hours work for you.

So as an ambassador, what will you be doing? You’ll be:

· Promoting the sale of tickets and tour packages to visitors and tourists in Edinburgh City Centre. Remember the more you sell, the more you earn!

· Discussing and promoting City attraction discounts with customers.

· Acting as an Ambassador for the city tour service, representing it positively across the City Centre.

· Assisting and interacting with customers, addressing queries about our sightseeing tour bus.

· Delivering ongoing customer care for customers as they use our services.

· The role involves being on your feet all day and it is on the busy street of Edinburgh

And what do you need to be able to this? You’ll need:

· Excellent customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile.

· The ability to deal effectively and professionally with a broad variety of customer queries.

· Patience and understanding when interacting with all customers.

· The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
