Full job description
We are looking for a reliable and responsible individual with experience in a bookkeeping or administrative role in a small to medium company. Knowledge of Xero would be useful but not essential.
Your duties will include:
- In charge of our accounts email inbox
- Keeping on top of our duties, payments and correspondence with HMRC, FCA, companies house and other regulatory bodies.
- Liaising with our Accountants to ensure all necessary information is provided on time
- Recording information necessary for PAYE such as sick days, holidays and ensuring employees are paid in a timely and correct fashion
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain accurate records of all EU imports, including customs codes, duty payments, and supplier details
- Knowledge of EU imports, VAT and duties advantageous but not essential
- Other admin tasks such as filling out forms, applications etc
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 – 20 per week

We operate from two London locations: Balham (SW12 8SG) and Camden (NW1 4BU).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 20.0 per week
