About the role
Reporting to the Bookings Manager, you will play an essential role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while supporting the overall effectiveness and performance of the Bookings Department.
As one of the first points of contact for Oryon Imaging, you will guide patients and referrers through their booking journey with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. You will ensure enquiries are handled accurately and promptly, appointments are scheduled appropriately, and patients feel informed and supported throughout their interaction with us.
Working within a structured and performance-focused team, you will contribute to departmental targets and service standards while maintaining a patient-first approach in every conversation.
This role suits someone who combines compassion with organisation, and who takes pride in delivering both excellent service and strong personal performance.
Please note: This role is subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check in line with our safeguarding obligations. Employment will be conditional upon meeting the required level of clearance.

We are seeking a patient-focused and organised professional with experience in a customer service, call centre, or busy office environment. The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in a healthcare setting or target-driven environment is desirable but not essential.
