BlackRock Aladdin Consultant

Contract role

London – Hybrid working

Upto £650 per day Inside IR35

Join delivery teams building and implementing BlackRock Aladdin solutions across asset and wealth management clients. Work sits inside large scale buy side transformation programmes with direct exposure to portfolio management, risk, performance, and data integration within Aladdin environments.

Core responsibilities

• SQL based data analysis across Aladdin datasets and client systems
• Data modelling for investment and risk data structures
• Integration and migration between legacy platforms and Aladdin
• Aladdin configuration, onboarding, and implementation support
• Client workshops, requirements capture, and stakeholder engagement
• Support multi workstream delivery with increasing ownership across phases

Skills required

• Strong SQL across large financial datasets
• Data modelling for structured investment or risk data
• Experience within asset management, wealth management, or investment banking
• Hands on exposure to BlackRock Aladdin or comparable buy side platforms
• Python or scripting for data processing and validation

Experience profile

• 3 plus years in data focused consulting or implementation roles
• Background in financial services technology delivery
• Client facing experience within structured delivery environments
• Stable project history across transformation programmes
