About Us
Caledonia Waste Management Ltd is looking for a reliable and hardworking Bin Collection Operative to join our growing team.
This is a physically active outdoor role involving the collection of domestic household bins across designated routes. The successful candidate must be dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Key Responsibilities
– Collecting domestic household bins
– Completing collection routes safely and efficiently
– Using a smartphone app to manage routes, collections, and updates
– Handling bins professionally and respectfully around residential properties
– Following health & safety procedures at all times
– Reporting missed bins or any issues during collections
– Maintaining a clean and professional working standard
Requirements
– Good level of physical fitness
– Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
– Ability to work independently
– Must be comfortable using a smartphone and mobile apps
– Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
– Full UK driving licence preferred
– Previous experience in waste collection, labouring, delivery driving, or similar work preferred but not essential
