Barista – The Foundry, Haverfordwest
The Foundry by Tenby Brewing Co.
We are excited to be opening The Foundry, a brand-new venue in the heart of Haverfordwest, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Barista to join our team.
As part of the Tenby Brewing Co. family, you’ll be working in a vibrant, customer-focused environment where quality coffee, great service, and community are at the heart of everything we do.
Position Details
- Role: Barista
- Location: The Foundry, Haverfordwest
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday
- Shift Times: 8:30am – 4:00pm
- Permanent Position
About the Role
We are looking for someone who has a passion for coffee and enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffees and beverages, maintaining cleanliness standards, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving specialty coffees, teas, and other beverages
- Providing excellent customer service and building rapport with guests
- Operating the till and handling transactions
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar area
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering when required
- Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential as full training can be provided
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating great customer experiences
