Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our supported accommodation team. The role involves supporting vulnerable adults who may have experienced homelessness, mental health challenges, social exclusion, substance misuse, or difficulties maintaining independent living.
The successful candidate will provide practical and emotional support to residents, helping them develop stability, independence, and confidence while maintaining a safe and positive living environment.
