Salary: £25,000–£27,500 base (DOE) | £35,000 OTE (performance + marketing bonus included)

The Role
This is a key support role within the business, working closely with both Junior and Senior Brokers, as well as the Managing Director. You will play an important part in ensuring client cases progress efficiently by managing administrative processes, maintaining systems, and supporting day-to-day operations.
This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-focused, and looking to build a long-term career within a fast-paced financial services environment.
