Your Mission:

As a key member of our team, you’ll be the go-to person for all pre-travel and in-resort customer enquiries. From smooth sailing to navigating any bumps in the journey, you’ll be the hero who ensures our customers have the cruise of a lifetime!

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver exceptional service through every channel – phone, email, or chat!
• Take full ownership of customer queries and make sure every issue is resolved with a smile.
• Confidently handle pre-travel customer complaints and keep the journey stress-free.
• Provide support to our guests while they’re enjoying their dream cruise.
• Suggest and sell additional products to enhance the holiday experience.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure all customer needs are met.
• Ensure all customer files are shipshape, with every bit of documentation in order.
• Demonstrate accurate and prompt written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues.
• Ensure company KPIs are met and exceeded!

What You Bring to the Table:

• At least 2 years of experience working with a travel agent or tour operator in a sales or customer service role (Sorry, this is a must!).
• Precision and accuracy are your middle names.
• Ability to handle pressure and diplomatically navigate difficult situations.
• Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
• A true professional and team player with a collaborative approach.
• A great listener who can troubleshoot like a pro.
• Comfortable navigating computers and software system
