Accounts Assistant job at Ruislip Full Time

Overview
We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with accounts payable, daily sales reconcilation, data entry, and maintaining accurate financial records using accounting software. Prior experience with systems such as Sage & Xero is highly desirable.

This position is ideal for individuals looking for PART-TIME work and are local to the area – South Ruislip, HA2.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
• Manage data entry tasks related to financial records and transactions
• Support the reconciliation of accounts using software such as Sage & Xero.
• Maintain organised and up-to-date financial documentation and records
• Support month-end closing activities by preparing relevant reports and summaries

Qualifications

• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial record keeping
• Experience working within financial services or related sectors is advantageous
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
