The Job
- Serving as the primary strategic lead and senior point of contact for client accounts
- Understand client business goals, challenges, and market positioning
- Lead account planning, campaign development, and execution oversight
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope
- Lead, mentor, and develop account management team members
- Working as part a thriving team working towards the same goals
You
- Extensive experience in account management, client services, or marketing strategy within a marketing, advertising, digital, or creative agency
- Proven track record managing large or high-value client accounts
- Demonstrated success building and maintaining senior client relationships
- Strong commercial experience including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue growth
- Experience managing and mentoring account teams or cross-functional teams
