Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual who wishes to move into a 1st Line Support to join our dynamic IT support team. In this role, you will develop to be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues, providing exceptional customer service while analysing and resolving problems efficiently. We are open to this role being a trainee position working towards 1st Line support over a period of time. Training will be provided.
