Leeds / West Yorkshire (Remote Home-Based Role)
£250 Per Week + Performance Bonus
Part-Time (Approx. 15–20 hours/week, flexible)
Join a fast-growing EV charging & electrical company We are looking for a reliable, organised and professional person to join our growing team at smartwiredelectrical.co.uk, specialising in EV charger installations across domestic and commercial properties.
This is a home-based role, supporting our operations team with customer enquiries, bookings, and admin to keep jobs running smoothly from enquiry through to installation.
What you’ll be doing:
✅ Handling incoming customer enquiries (phone, WhatsApp, email & web leads)
✅ Booking surveys and installations into the diary
✅ Following up quotes and converting leads into booked work
✅ Keeping customers updated throughout the process
✅ Managing schedules and job coordination
✅ General admin support for EV installations
What we’re looking for:
✔ Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
✔ Highly organised and reliable
✔ Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, calendars and basic systems
✔ Able to work independently from home
✔ Customer-focused with a professional attitude
✔ Admin, scheduling or customer service experience preferred
Bonus if you have:
⭐ Experience in trades, electrical, construction, renewable energy or EV charging ⭐ Experience managing diaries, bookings or CRM systems
⭐ Sales follow-up or lead conversion experience
