As operational demand continues to grow, Easy Pick Services is recruiting additional 3.5T drivers to support roadside operations across London and surrounding areas.
This position suits applicants who prefer organised shift patterns, steady work, and a role that combines driving with practical roadside assistance.
About the Position
Drivers will attend a range of roadside and transport-related jobs involving cars and light commercial vehicles. Duties may include vehicle collection, breakdown support, recovery transport, and customer assistance at roadside locations.
The work is varied and suited to someone who is comfortable working independently while maintaining a professional approach with customers and control staff.
Previous recovery experience can be helpful, however full operational training will be provided for suitable applicants.
Main Duties
- Attend roadside incidents and vehicle transport requests
- Safely load, move, and deliver customer vehicles
- Carry out basic roadside support including battery boosts and wheel changes
- Update job progress using company systems and handheld devices
- Maintain safe working practices and professional conduct throughout shifts

Shift Information
- Standard shifts generally between 10 and 12 hours
- Regular weekly schedules available

Candidate Requirements
- Full UK Category B driving licence
- Comfortable driving across London and surrounding regions
- Good timekeeping and communication skills
- Able to manage workloads independently
Useful Additional Skills
These are beneficial but not essential:
- Trailer towing entitlement (B+E)
- Mechanical or roadside experience
- Interest in mobile tyre fitting work (training can be provided)
